Therapeutic Massage
I believe that a great massage is one that makes you feel safe, comfortable, and supported. A therapeutic experience is about more than just “breaking up knots”, it’s about feeling respected and heard by someone who cares about your well-being. I use gentle methods that get deep into tissue without the use of excessively painful techniques that only cause more discomfort. We’ll work with your nervous system, not against it. And we’ll come up with a plan together that ensures that you’re on the right track toward feeling better.
All sessions are curated based on your needs. I do not charge for add-ons or sneak in hidden fees.
